Highway 96 "Arden Hills Office Park" <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />· Consider the attached Resolution #05-45 which would approve the requested Master and <br />Final PUD and Preliminary Plat for the redevelopment of the old City Hall/Public <br />Works property as a 7 building, 30 unit, office condominium complex by Royal Oaks <br />Realty. <br />. . Consider the attached Planned Unit Development Permit No. 05-12. <br /> <br />Planninl! Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />At their July 6,2005 meeting the Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case #05-12 and <br />recommended approval (6-1) of the Planned Unit Development and Preliminary Plat for Royal <br />Oaks Realty subject to the following eighteen (18) conditions: <br /> <br />I. Revised Final Plans. The applicant shall submit revised plans, responsive to the <br />comments from the Plan Review Comments contained in City Planning File #05-12 for <br />review and approval by the City Planner, City Engineer, and City Building Official, prior <br />to issuance of building permits. <br />2. Development Timeline. The applicant's timeline for development shall be as follows: <br />a. Phase I: Summer 2005 - The developer may begin grading, installing utilities, <br />and construction of storm water improvcmcnts. It is expected that construction on <br />3 buildings/16 units (presumably units 15-30), will also begin at this time. The 3 <br />buildings/16 units are expected to be ready for occupancy by the Spring of 2006. <br />b.
