The Property is located in an NB (Neighborhood Business) Zoning <br />District. Offices are allowed in the NB Zoning District. <br /> <br />C. On the 16th day of May. 2005, Permitee submitted a completed <br />application for review of a planned unit development which would <br />allow for the construction of thirty (30) office condominiums in seven <br />(7) buildings on the Property. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />At a public hearing on July 6, 2005, the Arden Hills Planning <br />Commission reviewed the application, the report and <br />recommendations of the Arden Hills City Planner, the comments <br />made at the public hearing, and recommended approval of the <br />PUD subject to certain conditions. <br />
