To facilitate movement in and out of the <br />development, a minimum 30-foot radii shall be built on the <br />northwest and southwest corner of the intersection. Revised <br />entrance plans shall be submitted to the City Engineer and Ramsey <br />County Engineer for approval prior to the issuance of the building <br />permits. <br /> <br />R. <br /> <br />Development Impact to City Trail and Lighting of City Trail. During <br />construction of the development and post construction of the <br />development. applicant shall provide plans to the City Engineer that <br />will show how impact the City trail on the west side of the <br />development shall be mitigated including a drainage plan to <br />prevent erosion of the trail. The developer shall provide low-level <br />lighting for the trail behind the buildings subject to approval by the <br />City Planner. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3.0 Compliance.
