<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 27, 2005 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson requested the following changes: June 13, 2005 City Council Work <br />Session Minutes, Page I, second full paragraph from the bottom, last sentence should read: <br />"Community Development Director Clark. .." Page 4, first bullet under his report should read: <br />"Councilmember Larson wants to move forward with a new name for TCAAP, but wants to make <br />sure that the TCAAP property does not become a separate entity to the rest of Arden Hills". May <br />16, 2005 City Work Session, Page 9, under his comments, second bullet point should read: <br />"Councilmember Larson requested the City staff contact the clinical studies-Medtec Firm located <br />on Round Lake Road to see if they have plans for future expansion". <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski requested the following changes: None.' <br /> <br />Ms. Wolfe requested the following changes; None. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br />approve the May 31,2005 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented, the June <br />13,2005 Council Work Session Minutes as amended and the May 16,2005 Work <br />Session Minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />3. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br />City Council Approval of the Revised Emergency Operations Plan <br />Rcsolution No. 05-40: Appointment of Evan Cordes to the Communications <br />Committee <br />City Council Authorization to City Staff to contract for TCAAP appraisal services in <br />an amount not to exceed $15,000 <br />City Council Motion to Approve the Proposed Employee Recognition Policy <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br />approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of all necessary <br />documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC INQUlRIES/lNFORMATlONAL <br /> <br />A.
