Highway 96 "Arden Hills Office Park" <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Consider the requested Master and Final PUD and Preliminary Plat for the redevelopment of the <br />old City Hall / Public Works property as a 7 building, 30 unit, office condominium complex. <br /> <br />Update <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing and discussed the applicant's request at their <br />June I, 2005 meeting. Due to the amount of information, the changes as discussed on the staff <br />report addendum, and a number of issues raised at the meeting, the Planning Commission <br />determined that the case should be tabled to the July 6'h meeting. <br /> <br />Site Plan <br />The applicant has submitted some additional plans to help clarify some of the requests and <br />addrcss some of the questions of the Planning Commission. Revised plans include a revised site <br />plan showing the building with units 15-19 shifting ten (10) feet to the west to comply with Rice <br />Creek Watershed District's requirements. Three parking spaces in this area were removed and <br />the parking lot light from that parking area has been shifted to the north. <br /> <br />Trail <br />The existing trail on the west side of the property is now proposed to remain as would the trees <br />to the west of the trail (with the exception of the box elders). A sidewalk connection to the <br />property from the City trail, as recommended by staff, has now been included. <br /> <br />Lighting Plan <br />The lighting plan has also been revised and in now consistent with City Code.
