A condition should be included in the PUD document that the applicant shall require Ramsey County approve for planting in the right of way area. In addition, the condition should also require the applicant to replace this landscaping should it fail or be removed for any reason subject to approval of Ramsey County. The applicant has also proposed to preserve seven (7) existing trees which would equal 100 caliper inches. The preserved trees are fairly substantial and include: two II inch diameter Pines, one 10 inch dimneter Pine, one 14 inch diameter Basswood, one 16 inch dimneter Basswood, one 18 inch diameter Ash, one 15 inch diameter Ash, and one 5 inch diameter Spruce.
