All signs erected on any building or land within the Chesapeake Gateway Center <br />PUD must comply with the standards of this section. <br /> <br />A. A Gateway Business Park Monument sign will be allowed along Highway 96. <br />The sign location and design must follow all Gateway design guidelines and <br />be mutually acceptable to the developer and the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />B. Building monument signs will be allowed to identifY major anchor tenants <br />within the buildings <br /> <br />2. Wall signs: <br /> <br />A. Wall signage is allowed on buildings in the Chesapeake Gateway Center PUD <br />within a horizontal band no more than three feet (3') in height, at least ten feet <br />(10') and no more than fifteen (15') above the ground. <br /> <br />B. Wall signage may be either: <br /> <br />(I) Attached: flat and parallel to the surface of the building and projecting <br />no more than one (I) foot from it, or <br /> <br />(2) Projecting: perpendicular to the surface of the building and no more <br />than one (I) foot in thickness. <br /> <br />C. Attached wall signage shall consist of individual letters or script logos <br />mounted on the building. <br /> <br />D. Box signs or cabinet signs, whether on a wall or on canopies, are prohibited, <br />except for logo signs as approved as part of the overall signage plan. <br /> <br />E. Allowable area of wall signs is one and one half (1- 1/2) square feet of signage <br />per lineal foot of building frontage on a public street, public open space, or' <br />private parking area. Each wall shall be calculated individually and sign area <br />may not be transferred to another side of the building, In calculating the total <br />allowable area of wall signage, only one side of a two-sided projecting sign <br />shall be counted. <br /> <br />F. The overall and maximum allowable sign sizes shall be as allowed under the <br />sign section of the City of Arden Hills zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />G. Temporary signs for the purpose of marketing leasing and build to suite <br />provisions shall be allowed for the duration of the project. The overall and <br />maximum size of these signs shall be as allowed under the sign section of the <br />City 01 Arden Hills zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />8 <br />
