First, we <br />closed on the acquisition of the ATS property. It was a long arduous process that took almost four <br />years to accomplish. Second, we were able to !:et the abandoned rail cars removed. Third, we have <br />the rail property under contract to close in September 2006, and are proeeedi..!: with the process to <br />have the rail abandoned and the lines removed. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Status of ATS and Rail Property <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A TS Property - Purchascd property March of2005. <br /> <br />Rail Property - Executed Purchase Agreement. Slatus of Proiect <br /> <br />a) Market is slowly improving with more activity seen by larger companies planning <br />for consolidations and new facilities. <br />Ii) We relained Cushman WakefieldINorthstar Partners to markct Ihe sitc for us. <br />They arc one of the top national firms in the Twin Cities and have been very active in <br />marketing Ihc property throughout Ihe Twin Cities. See attached for a brief summary of <br />their activities. <br /> <br />Ill. The currenl <br />Galeway zoning limits the use and quality of potential users to nol less than 25% nor <br />more than 50% of the projecls total floor area and a maximum 35 foot building heighl <br />restriction.
