Assistant to the City Administrator Schawn Johnson is <br />actively working on the recruitment of four positions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Opcrations & Maintenance Worker <br />The first round of interviews will take place Thursday and Friday, September 8 and 9. <br />We will have a verbal update as to nexl sleps in this process. <br />Communitv Development Director <br />The deadline for applications was last Friday, September 2. Mr. Johnson has <br />reviewcd thc applications and I am in the process of reviewing them. We would like <br />to review with you the process tor proceeding with recruitment of this position. We <br />may also touch on the topic of how we will proceed in the interim, until the position <br />is tilled. <br />Accounting Analvst <br />Finance Director Murtuza Siddiqui has reviewed the vacant position "Finance and <br />Human Resources Assistant" (formerly held by Sandra Berres) and is recommending <br />some changes to the position in terms of job responsibilities, job title, and possibly <br />salary range. We will give you a brief update. <br />Planner <br />With recent notice of Peter Hellegers' resignation from the Planner position, Mr. <br />Johnson has been reviewing the job description and pay rangc in preparation for a <br />recruitment effort to begin very soon.
