Rather, we prepared the conceptual landscape plan for the mid intensity office <br />plan because we believe it is illustrative of the landscaping commitment that the <br />Chesapeake Gateway PUD will require, no matter the development intensity that is <br />ultimate! y constructed. <br /> <br />When a tcnant(s) is securcd, the detailed site, utility, building, landscaping and other <br />required plans will bc prepared in rcsponse to their objectives and submitted to the City <br />for review and approval.
