Coordinate and provide assistance to City staff concerning a wide variety of <br />operational areas: including liability insurance, employee benefit overview, <br />and charitable gambling proceeds <br />2. Update and revise the fee schedule <br />3. Review Emergency Management/Loss Control Plan <br />4. Complete development ofwellness program and incentives <br />5. Create a Community Guide for Arden Hills residents <br />6. Develop and initiate records retention program <br />7. Coordinate with Community Development Director/Assistant to the City <br />Administrator regarding the electronic record management system <br />8. Organize archives (all lower level areas) <br />9. Coordinate recruitment processes for new and/or vacant positions <br />10. Coordinate and/or assist with various City meetings and events <br />11_ Develop increased engineering expertise with City staff <br />12. Investigate the feasibility of establishing a community foundation <br />13.
