<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 14,2005 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant - Stated the Assessment Policy Task force met last week. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson - None. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski - Stated therc was a cable scholarship available and if a resident was <br />interestcd in it, they had information at City Hall and on the City website. Shc stated late this <br />evening, shc had a communication from a resident sent out to a group ofpcople that lookcd like <br />it camc from her, but this communication did not come from her. She stated if anyone had any <br />questions about this to contact her. She statcd shc belicved the communication had been sent by <br />PlaJll1ing Commission mcmber Fran Holmes. <br /> <br />Fran Holmes, Planning Commissioner, statcd the Mayor had sent the communication, but it <br />clearly did not come from Mayor Aplikowski. The communication was sent to those peoplc who <br />had qucstions about the TCAAP project She stated it was not hcr intent that this in anyway was <br />to look like it had been sent by Mayor Aplikowski.
