On the 28th day of February. 1971. the City of Arden Hills, a <br />Minnesota statutory city (the "City") issued a special use permit <br />("SUP") for Planning Case File No. 70,36. attached and incorporated <br />as Exhibit A, which allowed the Sf. Paul Lodge No.2 Independent <br />Order of Odd Fellows, a Minnesota corporation (the "Lodge") to <br />construct a building and improvements. subject to certain <br />conditions on the following described property situated in Ramsey <br />County. Minnesota to wit: <br /> <br />All that part of the South 237.70 feet of the North <br />'12 of Lot 7, Section 34. Township 20, Range 23. <br />lying west of the east 683.50 feet thereof. <br /> <br />B. On the 3rd day of January. 2005. the Lodge submitted a completed <br />application requesting that the conditions of the SUP be amended. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />At a public hearing on the 2nd day of February. 2005, the Arden Hills <br />Planning Commission reviewed staff recommendations. public <br />comments and recommended approval of an amendment to the <br />SUP subject to certain modified conditions. <br />
