Highway 96 <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br /> <br />Dear Michelle: <br /> <br />CTV /North Suburban Access Corp. offers web streaming and channel <br />programming services to our cities and school districts. The monthly fee for <br />this service is $163,69, for which we invoice the district on a quarterly <br />basis. <br /> <br />The service includes the following: <br /> <br />1. CTV will encode (i.e., record) your televised meetings live from the <br />council chambers and cablecast them live on your channel and recast them <br />per your schedule. <br /> <br />2. CTV will cablecast on your channel any other programming provided <br />by the city, per your schedule. <br /> <br />3. The council meetings will be linked with agenda items, per timing <br />provided by city staff, and posted to your web site, <br /> <br />4. If the city desires, CTV will archive the meetings on DVD for future <br />reference. The city must pay the cost of the DVD's. (Current prices for <br />DVD's runs between $25 and $30, and they can be used to record <br />approximately 8 hours of programming.) <br /> <br />5. CTV will have a master control operator on duty Monday through <br />Thursday from 3 p,m, until 11 p.m. or until the end of the last live event that <br />evening.
