<br />. <br /> <br />D, The plans show that half of the height of the first floor and the basement will be located <br />at an elevation below that of the garage, The result may be that the structure would have <br />water seepage into the first floor or basement of the home, The applicant should review <br />the grading and elevation and shall provide a revised grading and drainage plan, showing <br />the elevations of the floors and the elevations of the surrounding property, which shall <br />require the approval of the City Engineer prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br />E. According to the proposed plans, the location of the proposed patio appears to encroach <br />into the root area of the large Maple tree. The applicant should review the plans and may <br />want to have a longer, rectangular patio that stretches out along the side of the house to <br />help preserve the health and root structure of the Maple tree, <br />F. Ramsey County property information shows that the existing structure has asbestos <br />siding which will require that the siding be removed and disposed of properly, <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />1.
