No construction to the home is proposed with this variance application, <br />this is merely alleviating a setback nonconformity caused by the Lexington Avenue road <br />reconstruction. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #05-14, staff recommends that the request for a 10- foot Side Yard Corner <br />setback variance be approved to allow for the existing home to remain compliant with City <br />setbacks. <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />1. Recommend approval as submitted. <br />2. Recommend approval with conditions. <br />3. Recommend denial with reasons for denial. If the City denies the petitioners request, <br />".. .it must state in writing the reasons for the denial at the time it denies the request." <br />4.
