<br />assistance! Staff is giving each and every Council Member and the Mayor, 25 adult <br />tickets and 10 children tickets to sell. Staff is hoping that the City Council can at least <br />sell all of their adult tickets. Weare not having a drawing this year, therefore, there will <br />be no ticket stubs to turn in with the money. All ticket money MUST be turned in to <br />Michelle or Pam by Thursday, June 16th at 4:30 p.m. This will allow staff to have a good <br />idea of tickets sold to report to the caterer. All tickets that are not turned in by the <br />deadline will be considered sold and will be included in the final count to the caterer! <br />The event poster is at the printer and will be available shortly. There will be enough <br />posters for the City Council to use while trying to sell barbeque tickets. Staff is planning <br />on having the posters available at the next City Council meeting for each of you to take <br />what you need. <br /> <br />I am looking forward to another GREAT, SUNNY event!
