Since MBV is an Internet-based <br />application, there is no software to install or hardware to buy. It provides employees and their <br />families 24/7 access to planning infottrultion and necessary forms to enroll in sponsored or <br />voluntary benefits. Jim joined FCI in 1991 and specializes in <br />municipalities, unions, and manufacturing organizations.
