We are requesting <br />authorization to complete engineering at this time to allow for bidding in the late fall which should provide <br />for a competitive bid environment Initiating engineering at this time will also allow us to refine the <br />estimated project costs for lift stations during our review of the Capital Improvements Program this <br />summer. Final plans and specifications will be prepared with this authorization.
