<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />It appears that the resident is acting in good faith to try and meet the City's guidelines and that <br />the health issues have been the primary reason they have not been ready to submit for building <br />permits.
