Change Order <br />#1 approved last winter addressed some of the items associated with the watermain <br />work, this change order addresses items which required price negotiation and/or <br />quantity verification which was not complete at the time of Change Order #1 <br />issuance. We anticipate a final payment will be prepared for Council approval for <br />the September 12, 2005 meeting. <br /> <br />o Attorney Recommendation: <br /> <br />o Other: <br /> <br />Financial Implications: <br />Change Order will be funded with watermain, roadway and storm water funds. <br /> <br />Administrator/Staff Comments: <br />City staff recommends approval of Change Order #2 for the 2004 PMP. <br />
