APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Larson seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />No Minutes to Approve. <br /> <br />3. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />No items. <br /> <br />4.
