Our plat book indicates the property identification number for <br />this city owned property is 22-30-23-21-0141 which, based on county records, has a land area of <br />approximately 6,82 acres, In that the legal description is a government survey that includes <br />existing road right-of-way, the net usable land area is probably about the six acres noted in your <br />letter. My proposal is for only the appraisal of this particular property, including the 35 feet <br />wide access easement that extends to Bamline Avenue, <br /> <br />I look forward to possibly working on this interesting valuation assignment.
