Also, there are certain <br />items that the 0 & M department may be able to perform themselves reducing costs. <br /> <br />Also provided by KTA-Tator Inc. was an estimate for an aesthetic overcoat of the exterior of the <br />water tower if at some point the City wanted to paint the Arden Hills logo on the tank.
