Subdivision Ordinance - Meets Requirement with proposed conditions <br /> <br />Section 1150.04 of the City Code lists the requirements for subdividing and/or <br />consolidating prcviously platted property. Requirements that must be evaluated listcd <br />under Section 1150.04 include <br />1. Survey: A survey showing the existing and proposed lots, <br />2. Zoning Compliance: The parcels or tracts resulting from the division or <br />consolidation, as depicted in the surveyor registered land survey, shall not have an <br />area, dimensions or setbacks which are less than thc minimum requirements <br />spcciIied for the zoning district in which the parcels or tracts are located in the <br />zoning ordinance. <br />3, Public Welfare: It is determined that the proposed division or consolidation will not <br />be detrimental to the public welfarc or injurious to adjacent tracts in the area in <br />which the subdivision tract is located. <br />4, Conformity with the rest of the Subdivision Ordinance: The propos cd division or <br />consolidation shall conform to all requirements of the subdivision Ordinance unless <br />given an exemption by the Planning Commission and City Council. <br />5.
