The applicant is requesting that <br />the property be subdivided back into three properties with one modification to the original plat <br />that would shift the proposed lot line between proposed Lot A and Lot B ten feet to the south. <br /> <br />The parcel is proposed to be subdivided into the following lots: <br />Lot A: 26,896 square feet <br />Lot B: 37,303 <br />Lot C: 38,304 <br /> <br />The proposed lot sizes and configuration meets all requirements ofthc underlying R-I Zone, <br /> <br />Planninl1 Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />Recommendation and Conditions of Approval <br />At their February 1,2006, meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case #06-001 <br />and voted unanimously to recommend approval of the minor subdivision subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />I. The applicant shall provide the City with a copy of the right-of-way permit granted by <br />Ramscy County for Parcel C's access to Old Highway 10 before any building permits <br />are issued for Parcel C. <br />2.
