<br />CERTIFICA TION <br /> <br />The undersigned does hereby certify that in this appraisal report: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. This appraisal assignment is not based on a requested minimum valuation, a <br />specific valuation, or the approval of a loan or any proposed financing. The <br />estimate of market value identified in this report was developed independent of any <br />undue influence. <br />2_ The compensation for completing this assignment is not contingent upon the <br />development or report of a predetermined value or direction in value that favors the <br />cause of the client, the amount of value, the attainment of a stipulated result or the <br />occurrence of a subsequent event directly related to the intended use of the <br />appraisal. <br />3_ My engagement in this assignment was not contingent upon developing or reporting <br />predetermined results. <br />4. I have no present or contemplated future interest in the real estate that is the <br />subject of this appraisal report. <br />5. I have no personal interest or bias with respect to the subject matter of this <br />appraisal report or the parties involved. <br />6, To the best of my knowledge and belief the statements of fact contained in this <br />appraisal report upon which the analyses, opinions and conclusions expressed <br />herein are based, are true and correct. <br />7. The reported analyses, opinions, and conclusions are limited only by the reported <br />assumptions and limiting conditions, and are my personal, impartial, and unbiased <br />analyses} opinions, and conclusions. <br />8.
