No accessory structures in the R-l and R-2 Districts shall be located nearer <br />the front lot line than the front yard setback line for the principal structure to which it <br />is accessory. Accessory structures as pcrmitted and regulated in this ordinance may <br />be located within the rear yard ofthc principal structure. <br />5. Size.
