This design configuration
includes both entrancc and exit ramps at one leg ofthe intersections for the east ramp
intersection (north bound Snelling Avenue exit ramp and entrance ramp) and thc west
ramp (southbound Snelling Avenue exit and entrance ramp)_ This is a typical and often
constructed interchange design.

CR E Bridge

Currently there arc no pedestrian sidewalks/trails across the bridge. The bridge is a two
lanes bridge consisting of 30 feet from face of curb to face of curb with two driving lanes.
The bridge includes bighway type guardrail with 2 foot wide raised eoncrete walks on
both sJdes. These walks arc not intended for pedestrian use. However, because of the
narrow roadway and hridge, pedestrians either walk in the roadway or use the narrow
walkway to cross Snelling A venue along CR E.

.

East Ramp Illtenel"tiol1

The cast ramp intersection is a four-legged intersection. CR E is the east and west legs,
ex it/entrance ramps are the south leg and Connelly A venue is the north leg. There are
