<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />/~HIllS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-56 <br /> <br />REQlJESTlNG MNIDOT CONSlDERA TION OF A COST SHARING COOPERATIVE <br />AGREEMF:NT FOR PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD E <br />BRIDGE OVER TRUNKHIGIIWAY 51 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hil]s proposes 10 make pedestrian improvements to the <br />County Road E bridge over TH 5 I in Arden Hills; and <br /> <br />AND, WHEREAS, the improvement will benefit both the City of Arden Hills and the <br />Minnesota Department ofTnmsportation; and <br /> <br />AND, WHERF:AS, the City of Arden Hills is requesting financial participation in the project <br />from the Minnesota Department of Transportation through the Municipal Agreement program; and <br /> <br />AND, \VHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is committed to providing the 10ca] share of the <br />costs ifthe project is selected as part of the FY2006 MlIllicipa] Ag,reement Program; and <br /> <br />AND, WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is committed to completing the project if selected <br />and funding is provided as part of the FY2006 Municipa] Agreement Program. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BF~ IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: that the City of Arden Hills is requesting funding from the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation for the pedestrian improvements to the County Road E bridge overTH <br />51 and is committed to completing such project and providing local share of funding. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council hereby selects Bridge Option 1, as outlined in the <br />Engineer's memorandum dated October 7, 2004, as the scope of the pedestrian improvement to the <br />County Road E bridge over TH 51_ <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Conncil tllis 12th day of October, 2004. <br /> <br />B:;f;;J1:w~. <br /> <br /> <br />MvJ <br />
