<br />9. Satisfaction of Park Dedication. Park land dedication will be required as part of the final <br />plat, not [0 exceed ten percent of the area of the property or, if providing cash in lieu ofland, <br />the fair market value of the property at the time of approval; . <br />10. Permits from Rice Creek Watershed District. A permit from Rice Creek Watershed <br />District will be required following City approval; <br />11. Monument Sign for the Development. A monument sign at the corner of Highway 96 and <br />Round Lake Road (City property) would need to be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Council prior to construction; <br />]2. Extension of Time to Submit Final Plan PUD. Due to the time requirements ofland <br />acquisition and securing major tenants, the time requirement for the final plan to be <br />submitted no more than six months after the date of the City Council's approval of the Master <br />PUD be changed to eighteen months for this proposal; and <br />13. Acquisition of All Properties within the Proposed Development. Approva] of the master <br />plan is contingent on the applicant's acquisition of all properties shown in the proposaL <br />]4. Traffic Studies, EA W's, Significant Changes to Development Regu]ations.
