Parking ramps/decks be <br />permitted within the front yard setback and the side yard/comer setback as per the "Variance <br />Requests and Findings, (d)" section of the staffmemorandum; <br />6. Side Yard Interior and Corner Setbacks. Side yard interior and comer setbacks for the <br />principal strueture(s) must meet the requirements ofthe Gateway Business District and are <br />not permitted as proposed to be decreased to 10' on the interior (where 20' is required) and <br />20' on the comer (where 50' is required); <br />7. Reduced Landscaping Requirements. Reducing the specific landscape requirements <br />(caliper inches) outlined in Appendix A, Zoning Ordinance, relating to the square footage of <br />floors of a building and building height to reflect the proposed requirements in the applicant's <br />Design Standards as per the "Variance Requests and Findings, (f)" section of the staff <br />memorandum; <br />8. Landscape Performance Bond.
