Reduced Landscaping Requirements. Reducing the specific landscape requirements <br />(caliper inches) outlined in Appendix A, Zoning Ordinance, relating to the square footage of <br />floors of a building and building height to reflect the proposed requirements in the applicant's <br />Design Standards as per the "Variance Requests and Findings, (f)" section of the staff <br />memorandum; <br />8. Landscape Performance Bond.
