Conversely, if thc site does not have the currcnt PUD m place, it will put Interstate Crossing at a substantial competitive disadvantage. We invested a lot of time and money to make the site as marketable as possible to the best potential users. At our expense, many of the essential issues have been completed such as wetland delineation, civil engineering, survey, topos, environmental, EA W, and Master POO. .
