The eastern two-thirds of the property were originally platted as three separate lots <br />with access to Siems Court; howevcr, these lots were combined with a lot to the west at some <br />point in the past. Proposed lots land 2 would be able to accommodate one new dwelling and garage <br />without a variance. Lot 3 has an existing dwelling and two accessory structures. Lot 3 would <br />retain all of the 133 feet of shoreline. Lots land 2 would not be adjacent to the shoreline. The <br />eastern two-thirds ofthe property are vegetated and a wctland occupies the central portion of the <br />property.
