The applicant shall provide an "as-built" survey upon completion of the project that <br />includes all required changes. <br /> <br />Commissioner McClung asked if there has been any traffic study done in connection with <br />this proposal. Mr. Lehnhoff responded there has not been. <br /> <br />Acting Chair Larson opened the public hearing at 7:23 p.m. <br /> <br />Acting Chair Larson invited anyone for or against the request to come fOIWard and make <br />comment. <br /> <br />There were no comments made. <br /> <br />Acting Chair Larson closed the public hearing at 7:24 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner McClung expressed concern regarding additional traffic being funneled <br />onto County Road F. He noted there were three driveways on County Road F close <br />together and it was a difficult area for traffic. He indicated it appeared there would be no <br />improvements onto County Road F. He stated he wanted to see what kind of impact this <br />proposal would have on County Road F. He stated he also wanted Ramsey County to . <br />review this. <br /> <br />Acting Chair Larson believed it would be pmdent to attach a condition that when this <br />item goes to Council that Ramsey County reviews this and makes comment. <br /> <br />Commissioner McClung stated he would be voting against this proposal because he <br />believed they needed to look at the traffic impact before he felt comfortable supporting <br />this. He asked if this could be tabled until the next Planning Commission meeting for <br />Arden Hills City Engineer and Ramsey County Engineer review. <br /> <br />Mr. Lehnhoff stated the primary reason to cut off Lexington Avenue was to create a <br />landscape buffer similar to what already existed on Lcxington Avenue. He noted the City <br />Engineer had reviewed and approved the plans, but an official traffic study was not done. <br /> <br />Cornmissioner Bezdicek moved, seconded by Commissioner Thompson to approve <br />Planning Case No. 06-010, Master Plan Amendment and Site Plan Review, Guidant <br />Corporation, 4100 North Hamline Avenue, subject to the ten conditions as noted in <br />staffs March 21,2006, report and adding condition II to state: Approval of the proposal <br />to remove access from Lexington Avcnue to the Arden Woods office building shall be <br />contingent upon review and approval of Ramsey County. <br /> <br />The motion carried 4-1 (Commissioner McClung). <br /> <br />. <br />
