<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.5.4 <br /> <br />ENGINEER shall attend up to five (5) CITY sta!Tmeetings per month. <br /> <br />2.5.5 ENGINEER shall provide up to two (2) hours per month for review of private utility permit <br />applications submitted to CITY. <br /> <br />2.5.6 ENGINEER shall provide up to two (2) hours per month for answering inquiries by developers or <br />other parties seeking information prior to formal development application. <br /> <br />2.5.7 ENGINEER shall provide up to two (2) hours per month for answering telephones inquiries from <br />ClTY Councit members, Commission members, CITY staff, other CITY consultants and the general public. <br /> <br />2.5.8 ENGINEER shall provide up to two (2) hours per month meeting with residents and property <br />owners on site to discuss and document specific issues/concerns relating to existing CITY infrastruchlfe including <br />roadways, utilities and drainage issues as identified by the residents and property owners. <br /> <br />2.5.9 ENGINEER shall provide up to four (4) hours per month providing clerieat and technical support <br />services in conjunction with professional services outlined in paragraphs 2.5.1 through 2.5.8 <br /> <br />2.5.10 ENGINEER shall provide up to two (2) hours per month reviewing reports, studies and other <br />pertinent information regarding state-of-the-art materials, processes and equipment which may provide benefit to the <br />CITY through the improvement of infrastmcture maintenance processes or the extension of infrastructure useful life, <br />quality, etc. <br /> <br />SECTION 3 - ADDITIONAL SERVICES OF ENGINEER <br /> <br />3.1 ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUIRING AUTHORIZATION IN ADVANCE <br /> <br />If authorized by Work Order ENGINEER shalt furnish or obtain from others Additionat Services of the types listed <br />in paragraphs 3.2 through 3.6~ inclusive. These services are not included as part of Basic Services except to the <br />extent otherwise provided in any Work Order. These services will be paid for by CtTY as indicated in Section 6 or <br />in the Work Order. <br /> <br />3.2 PROFESSIONAL SURVEY SERVICES <br /> <br />3.2.1 Provide legal descriptions and exhibits for all ea~ements, property surveys or related engineering <br />services needed for the transfer of interests in real property and field surveys for design purposes and engineering <br />surveys and staking to enable ContTactor(s) to proceed with their work. <br /> <br />3.2.2 All survey services shall be perfonned by qualified personnel under the supervision of a Licensed <br />or Registered Land SUTVeyor~ and the documents submitted as instl1lments of service shall bear the Surveyor's seal <br />and certification to that effect. <br /> <br />3.2.3 CITY shall inform ENGINEER of existing or suspected hazards on the property prior to <br />commencement of services. <br /> <br />3.2.4 ENGtNEER shall be entitled to rely upon information provided by CITY or CITY's agent, <br />including property descriptions, recorded easements, other evidence of land title~ and drawings prepared by others <br />indicating locations of concealed conditions (underground utilities~ etc.) <br /> <br />3.2.5 ENGtNEER shall survey project area and identity all found property monuments. Upon locating <br />monuments, the ENGINEER shall contact the property owner to confirm existing monumentation prior to <br />commencement of construction. <br /> <br />ARDEN.WPD <br /> <br />Rev.
