<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Casc #03-19, staff recommcnds that the variance request of nine (9) fcct for <br />the lakeshorc structure setback be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />I. The applicant shall receive written approval from thc Commissioner of Natural <br />Resources and shall provide the City with a copy of such approval prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />2.
