<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />assistance! Staff is giving each Council Member and the Mayor, 25 adult tickets and 10 <br />children tickets to sell. Staff is hoping that the City Council can at least sell all of their <br />adult tickets. All ticket money MUST be turned in to Michelle or Pam by Thursday, June <br />15th at 4:30 p.m. This will allow staff to have a good idea of tickets sold to report to the <br />caterer. All tickets that are not turned in by the deadline will be considered sold and will <br />be included in the final count to the caterer! The event poster is at the printer and will be <br />available shortly. There will be enough posters for the City Council to use while trying <br />to sell barbeque tickets. Staff is planning on having the posters available at the next City <br />Council meeting for each of you to take what you need. <br /> <br />I am looking forward to another GREAT, SUNNY event!
