At that time, staff was directed to bring the report back to a future work session with <br />additional information and options for discussion. The original report is included. Staff has <br />researched a few additional options, which are included below. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL OPTIONS <br />Hazelnut Park and Freeway Park <br /> <br />I) OPTION A (Optional add on): Replace existing siding with Cedar paneling. This <br />would be an additional cost from the original report (May 8, 2006). <br /> <br />· Choice I: Cedar tongue and groove siding (not primed) - $571.60 <br /> <br />. Choice II: Smartside tongue and groove siding (pre-primed) - $469.60. <br /> <br />. Cost does not include labor. <br /> <br />For a specific breakdown of estimated costs/supplies for this alternative, please see the <br />attached estimate provided from Operations and Maintenance staff (Attachment 2A-I) <br />
