(To name a few: A ceiling <br />would need to be installed, insulation added throughout the building, interior paneling <br />added, electrical installed, a heater would need to be added and hooked up) <br /> <br />The total estimated cost for this alternative would depend on the type of TUFF shed and <br />size desired. Please refer to attachment 2A-2. The construction adjustments and added <br />costs would have to be determined after the specific building type and size are chosen. <br /> <br />3) OPTION E: Move existing warming house buildings (20 x 28 ft.) from Cummings Park <br />and Valentine Park to Freeway Park and Hazelnut Park <br /> <br />· Buildings are currently in good shape. Cummings would need to have work done on the <br />roof. <br /> <br />· Buildings would have to be repaintcd or resided. <br /> <br />· Semple Movcrs gave staff a cost estimatc of $4,000 per building to move to the two <br />diffcrent sites. A concrete slab (20 x 28 ft.) would have to be put in at each site. If the 0 <br />& M Department does the work, it would cost approximately $2,496, including labor. <br /> <br />The total estimated cost estimate for this option would be a minimum $6,496 per site. The <br />estimated cost does not figure in existing building tear down (20.4 x 14.6 building size), post <br />removal and restoration, gate removal and restoration, necessary tree trimming, or <br />electrical hook-up. <br />
