The <br />sccond nitrogen storage tank would be placed Oil a concrete slab, and the fence around the <br />existing tank would be extended approximately twelve fcct to the south to completely enclose the <br />proposed second tank. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />At the Planning Commission meeting, a fOUl1h condition was added that made the proposed <br />12,000 gallon nitrogen tank contingent upon review and approval by the Firc Marshal. The Fire <br />Marshal has reviewed thc proposal and does not have any objections. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case 06-019 and unanimously recommends <br />approval ofthc Spccial Use Pcrmit Amcndmcnt and Sitc Plan Review to add an additional <br />12,000 gallon nitrogen tank to the south side of the building bascd on thc submitted plans and the <br />scvcn Jindings of fact. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact: <br /> <br />I.
