Any significant <br />changes to these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall require review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission. <br />The applicant shall obtain thc necessary building permits beforc beginning any <br />modifications to the exterior ofthe structurc. <br />Any matcrials stored outside of tbe building shall be removed or placed inside of the <br />building. No outdoor storage shall be pcmlitted. <br />The dumpsters shall be moved to the rear of the propcrty and screened from the public <br />right-oj~way. <br />Any damaged outdoor lighting shall be repaircd or replaced. <br />The exterior of the building shall bc washed and/or painted to remove mst stains, to <br />repair any damage that may be caused during construction activities, and to fix any other <br />pealing areas.
