If the landscaping does not provide at least 60 percent coverage as viewed from neighboring residential properties, as determined by the City Planner, the City may require additional landscaping. 13, Dust and Noise. The applicant shall make reasonable efforts to reduce dust and noise during construction. 14. Construction Activities, The applicant shall comply with Section 630.01 of the City Code limiting construction limes to between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am and 9:00 pm on weekends and holidays. Mechanical Screeninl!. All mechanical operating equipment shall be screened to meet Cily regulations. Mechanical equipment shall not be visible from the neighboring residential areas or the daycarc. 18. Fenclul!. Decorative fencing shall be erected around the pond at the northeast corner of the property to increase pedestrian safety. The fence shall require a permit and shall not exceed six feet in height. 19. Park Dedication. The applicant shall pay a park dedication fee of $40,000.00 prior to filing the Final Plat with Ramsey County. 20. Ricc Creek Watershed. The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits from the Rice Creek Watershed District and Ramsey County prior to filing the Final Plat. 21. Hie:hwav 96 Access. The Highway 96 access shall be right-in and right-out only. The applicant shall be responsible for the signing and striping to provide a right turn lane on eastbound Highway 96 to the development's driveway. 22. Hamlinc Avenue Access. a.
