<br />. <br /> <br />The Outlot encompasses the entire trail and is slightly greater in sIze than the pedestrian <br />walkway casement that is being requested for vacation. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Since there is no public use for the current pedestrian walkway easement and because the trail <br />along the western edge of the property will be conveyed to the City, Staff recommends that the <br />approximately 20 foot wide and 280 foot long walkway easement be vacated subject to the <br />following condition: <br /> <br />1, The trail along the western edge of the property shall be conveyed to the City in a manner <br />that is acceptable to the City Attorney prior to filing the pedestrian walkway easement <br />vacation with Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />1.
