Gray <br />Henderson and Ron Herrick, <br />Absent - CouncIlman John Hotlenhorst. <br />Also Present - Engineer Don Christofferson, Maintenance Supervisor <br />Everett Beecher and Assistant Clerk 'Dorothy Zehm. <br /> <br />--I <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes I. <br />The Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of July 26, 1971 were approve6 <br />as submitted. <br /> <br />Floral Drive Water Improvement, Change Order Request - William <br />Feyerelsen. 4261 North Haml Ine Avenue <br />Mr. Feyereisen requested that the water main be extendeg In a Westerly <br />direction from Hamllne Avenue, along hIs present driVeway, to ..rve <br />16 to 20 residential lots which he Intends to sell to a developer. He <br />said he does not Intend to plat, and expects the buyer to construct <br />approximately four to sl~ homes a year. <br /> <br />Engineer Christofferson said that mInimum 6w line could be extended to <br />serve this area, but an 8" line would produce a better flow; advisIng <br />that a 12" main from the water tower to Hamllne Avenue Is propoaed In <br />the future to serve the area to the north and provide a ~loop~. <br /> <br />Mr. Feyerelsensaid he In~ends to sell the tract and provIde a 601 road <br />to the area with a possible cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />The Council r.equested Banister En~lneerlng to prepare a feasibility <br />of the cost of extend f n9 the .11116 all reql.lGstal!!.. l!l,ppre>x IIMlt.t y t lOa <br />feet to the west of Hamllne Avenue. <br /> <br />Mr. Feyerelsen was requested to review the subdivision ordinance (Ord. <br />No. 98) re the requirements for dividing a tract of land. <br /> <br />BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY VINCENT P.
