<br />In compl lance with the applicant's request, R. Herrick moved, seconded
<br />by S. Olmen, that the matter be tabled. Motion carried unanimously.

<br />Case No. 71-21, S~eclal Use Permit Request for the Exoanslon of Arden
<br />Manor Mobile Home Court
<br />Mr. Jim Hill, Vice President of Pemtom, presented the proposed 40-acre
<br />200-unlt movllla addition to Arden Manor, and. showed slides of various
<br />Pemtom developments (Clmarron, Birnamwood, Windsor Graen Walden aTe,).

<br />After considerable discussion, R. Herrick moved that the Council approve
<br />the200-unlt concept plan, In principle;detslled plans to be submitted
<br />for approval In compliance with ordinance requirements. The motIon was
<br />seconded by G. Henderson and carried unanimously.

<br />Mr. Jack Wiess, spokesman for Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Kleldon, 1956 Mounds
<br />Avenue, requested that the Kleidon property be included in the movllla
<br />proposal.

<br />Mayor Crepeau reviewed the Planning Commission's recommendation that
<br />the Fil I Permit No. 71-9 be approved, subject to receipt of a topographIc:
<br />plan indicating thaT the filled area wltl comply with requirements recom-
<br />mended by the Village Engineer.
<br />
<br />The Council tabled the matter until the opinions of the adjoining property
<br />owners can be obtained.

<br />Bituminous Work and Seal Coating Bids
<br />After review of the tabulation of bids, opened on Monday, July 26, 1971,
<br />for Bituminous and Seal Coating, Sections A. B, C, and 0, S. Olmen
<br />moved that the bid be awarded to the lOW-bidder, Ashbach Construction
<br />Company, In the amount of $56,229.00 (total bid for sectiOns A, B, C,
<br />and D~ requesting that the work not begin until August 23, /971. The
<br />motion was seconded by G. Henderson and carried unanimOUSly.
