Roll Call Present: Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., CouncIlmen Stanley Olmen, John Hollenhorst, E. Gray Henderson and Ronald HerrIck. Approval of ~Inutes The Minutes of the Regular Council meeting of June 28, 1971, and the SpecIal CouncIl meetIng of June 23, 1971, were approved as subm I tte d. W. L. Milton FII I Permit No. 71-4 (Case No. 71-13) Mr. ~Ilton requested-an-~m6d1ate-permlt to allow hIm to fill hIs property, as per plans submitted with Case NG. 71-4, explaInIng that a defInite hardshIp wi I r result if he has to wait untIl after the August 3, 1911, PlannIng Commission meeting. The fll I is available now and may not~be avaIlable at the later date. Mr. Milton presented signatures of several neIghbors who approved of the fill project. He stated that his neighbor, ~r. Chvestulk, pave him oral approval of the project. The Planning CommIssIon recommendatIon of July 6 was reviewed by J. Hollenhorst. Engineer Lund reviewed his report, dated July 12, 1971. After consIderable discussion of the matter, motion was made by J. Hollenhorst, seconded by S. Olmen, that Permit 71-4 be approyed to allow 1,000 cubIc yards of fIll on ~r. MIlton's property, In accordance with plans submitted with Case No. 71-13, subject to the fol lowing conditions: I. The signatures indicating neighbors' approval.to--b.Ei filed wIth the Clerk AdminIstrator. . 2. The permit to be limited to allow a maxImum of 1,000 cubic yards of fill. 3. Mr. Milton is to assume the responsibility for the drainage of the area, with culverts to be Installed by September I, 1971. 4. The fill permit issued in no way commIts the CouncIl to approve subsequent permits for apartment constructIon or any other proposed developments. Motion carried unanimously. . REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY VINCENT P. COURTNEY (absent) REPORT OF ENGINEER DONALD LUND Sanitary Sewer 12-13 Motion was made by S. Olman, seconded by J. HOllenhorst, that Change Order No.2, and Change Order No.3, Sanitary Sewer 12-13, Project No.2, be approved and that Estimate No.5 and Final, In ,the amount of $736.00 to Lamettl and Sons be approved for payment: motion carried unanimOUSly. -I,
