D.ump I nQand Landfill R. Herrick reported an apparent dumping and landfill operation on Cleveland Avenue between Coun~y Road E2 and the Soo line tracks, for which a permit has not been granted. CREPEAU, JR. - General Government and Public Safety State BurnlnQ ReQulatlans - Proposed Amendments Mayor Crepeau advised the Council that the Public Safety Committee has studied the amendments to the State Burning Regulations and recom- mends approval of the amendments, as submitted. Clerk Administrator Sfromqulst was requested to prepare copies of the resolution for each Councilman for consideration at the next Council meeting. . Local No. 49 Contract - 1971 Ma~or Crepeau advised the Council that Mr. MCPherson, Local No. 49, has requested to meet with the Arden Hills Council re the 19r1 wage sc~edule for Union employees. A Special Council Meeting was SChedUled on. Monday, April 19, 1971, at 7:00 p.m. to COnsider the matter. Clerk Administrator Stromquist was requested to advise Mr. McPherson of the meeting time.
