Herrick reported that Engineer D. Lund had advised him that <br />drainage toward New Brighton Road from Edgewater and Glenpaul Avenues <br />CQuld resolve the drainage probl.em In this area. . <br /> <br /> <br />S. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />D.ump I nQand Landfill <br />R. Herrick reported an apparent dumping and landfill operation on <br />Cleveland Avenue between Coun~y Road E2 and the Soo line tracks, for <br />which a permit has not been granted. <br /> <br />D~ Zehm advised that this matter has been given to Building Inspector <br />Larry Squires to Investigate. <br /> <br />REPORT OF MAYOR HENRY J. CREPEAU, JR. - General Government and Public <br />Safety <br /> <br />State BurnlnQ ReQulatlans - Proposed Amendments <br />Mayor Crepeau advised the Council that the Public Safety Committee <br />has studied the amendments to the State Burning Regulations and recom- <br />mends approval of the amendments, as submitted. <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator Sfromqulst was requested to prepare copies of the <br />resolution for each Councilman for consideration at the next Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Local No. 49 Contract - 1971 <br />Ma~or Crepeau advised the Council that Mr. MCPherson, Local No. 49, <br />has requested to meet with the Arden Hills Council re the 19r1 wage <br />sc~edule for Union employees. <br /> <br />A Special Council Meeting was SChedUled on.
