Dept is making a survey <br />- of epeed limits on Snelling Avenue in vicinity of Cummings Lane and <br />Arden Hills #1 and #2. <br />Public Welfare: Kennedy moved, 8tromquist seconded the motion to suspend <br />the rules and give a second and final reading to an ordinance regulating <br />the storage, collectioq and a#c2 disposal of garbage and other refuse. <br />Aye; Crepaeu, Kennedy, DeLange, Stromquist.
