The map which you see thrown on the screen here shoxs the limits of the area for which this hearing is being held - that for proposed Impmvement No. 3- the area is outlined in this large jagged line on this maF. Tmprovement No, l which was tonstzucted last fall and corrtpleted early in 3anuary is this small azea here which was largely concerned with ttie Arden Hills No. 3 and 4 subdivisions. Iqrovement No. 2, upon which a hearing was held last fall, is located on the westerly side of the area which is being considered this evening. This area consists of approximately 520 acres of dry usable laY�d. The 9ross area, of course, is considerably greater than that since the greater portion of Lake Josephine and approximately one-half of Lake Johanna are � included within the limits, but in following the procedures - necessary, the entire area is included within the description.
