Crepau and our Clerk, Nrs. Stromauiet; Roger Short with the <br />Baniater Engineering Company and Mr. Peter Pcpovich with the bond <br />consultants that the village has engaged; and Mr. Bill Danister, and: <br />I believe we have a court reporter on the end. These ara the people <br />who Nill explain the program to you and explain_about the sew�r <br />itself - the layout and various other detaiis so that you may be �ore <br />fully infcrmed as +a Improvement No. 3. Then we will have a question <br />period and also you can voice your opinion one way or the other after <br />you have received the facts. First I would like to call on the <br />Sanister Engineering Company and I belleve Roger Short will present <br />that for us. <br />� <br />NR. ROGER SHOAT, Banister Engineering Company: Thank you, <br />Mayor Ashbach. The map which you see thrown on the screen here <br />shoxs the limits of the area for which this hearing is being held - <br />that for proposed Impmvement No. 3- the area is outlined in this <br />large jagged line on this maF. Tmprovement No, l which was <br />tonstzucted last fall and corrtpleted early in 3anuary is this small <br />azea here which was largely concerned with ttie Arden Hills <br />No. 3 and 4 subdivisions. Iqrovement No. 2, upon which a hearing <br />was held last fall, is located on the westerly side of the area <br />which is being considered this evening. This area consists of <br />approximately 520 acres of dry usable laY�d. The 9ross area, of <br />course, is considerably greater than that since the greater portion <br />of Lake Josephine and approximately one-half of Lake Johanna are <br />� <br />included within the limits, but in following the procedures - <br />necessary, the entire area is included within the description. <br />
